This was a unique cabin style property right on the beach. The amazing staff was nice enough to store our bags and let us use an empty cabin as a day room before our booked cabin was ready (we went in low season). The premium cabin was clean and looked amazing. There is limited things in walking distance but taxis are easy to get if needed and there was parking on site. The on site restaurant and bar had good food and drink options available. I would highly recommend this place!

Spent 9 nights there and had a great time. Location is right on a beach in Dickensen Bay. We were there during the off season, so many days the beach had very few people on it except for two days. One day a cruise ship was in St. John's and passengers came to the beach; the other day a group of local children had a birthday party on the beach. We had a wonderful time at Galleon Resort. Everything was excellent, friendly staff, our beach cottage was clean and the bed was so comfortable, The kitchen was a added plus, we got supplies to cook breakfast everyday at the local supermarket just a short taxi drive away.
