That you get them when you check in, not having to leave the venue and stand in line to re-enter. Make it a perk of staying at the Resort."

"It's an older hotel. It's great if you're just there overnight, but anything longer. You might want to find somewhere else. Hotel directions on Google was difficult to find from the direction we were coming from. It led us on a different road and building. It had your basic functionalities. It just looked like they haven't upgraded. "
