「It is the perfect couples’ getaway! The house is absolutely adorable and the garden shower is so relaxing! The location of the house is great, a short drive to either the beach or downtown Charleston. We will definitely be back. 」

「The neighbor is an up and coming area. The house looks exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Close to Tanger Mall and Folly Beach. The host is very attentive and sweet. She answers your questions within a reasonable timeframe. When we visit Charleston again, we will definitely stay at this location again.」

「My family and I had a wonderful week on Kiawah in this beautiful house. It's within easy walking distance of the beach and Night Heron Park, and very peaceful. Brought back many happy memories of my childhood vacations on the island. Thank you, Caroline!」

Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. 」

Seemed to think of everything one might need. Coffee, laundry soap, makeup towels, and basics for cooking. We had 5 staying and the 3 BR/3B worked wonderfully for our family. Charleston is a remarkable and unique city with amazing architecture and history. Couldn’t recommend enough. 」

「We had a great overall experience from check-in to check-out. Communication was great, location was easy to find, and instructions for the stay were clearly communicated.We arrived to an ice maker full of ice and cold AC. The location is extremely convenient to all the local restaurants, grocery stores and a short drive to Folly Beach or Downtown. Beds were comfortable and clean as was the rest of the property.
