"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room clean and quiet l. There is no elevator. Consider adding the information to description on all websites that offer rooms at your resort other than list floor. The shower head is old and does not work correctly. It needs to be changed. Consider adding a handheld. The toilet runs. It does flush correctly. Change it. The exhaust fan is old and sounds like a C-130 warming up. Also consider separate switches for bathroom light and fan. The bedside light does not turn off unless the wall power switch is off eliminating the ability to charge phones at night. I unscrewed the light bulbs. The blinds do not keep out the light. The room faces west so hard to dim the room. Consider changing the small decorative side drapes for full ones."
