A perfect winter and summer destination with snowmobile/ORV trails connecting right to the property. This large, private venue is an ideal location for a family get away, golf groups, ORV enthusiasts, snowmobiling trip, snow skiing, and more. Located very close to Tree Tops and Otsego club this self contained facility has everything you need to keep your group entertained while not on the golf course, ski slopes or ORV/Snowmobile trails.

This 4,300 square foot ranch home has been newly remodeled and features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms - located just outside of Gaylord. The house is located 10 minutes from Treetops Resort and Otsego club for Golf and Snow Skiing and sits on a private 10-acre parcel near the main trail head. The property is surrounded by state land that is ORV and Snowmobile accessible making it perfect for ORV or snowmobile enthusiasts. You can spend the days golfing, putting on your private green, riding or skiing while relaxing at night playing pool, shuffle board, hot tubing, etc. right on the property.

* Large family room with vaulted pine ceiling and seating for 8.
* Four-season entertainment room with 6-person hot tub, sauna, 8 place dining table, sitting area, and a two-sided fireplace.

* 4 of the 7 bedrooms feature a queen bed and bunk beds that can sleep 5. The remaining 3 rooms feature twin bunk beds that can sleep up to 6.
* The 5 newly remodeled bathrooms feature endless hot water with excellent water pressure.

Great House for Large Group in Northern Michigan!

Excellent place to stay for a large group. A lot of things to do at the house to stay occupied for a long weekend and close to some good golf courses. The host was extremely responsive and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying here!

This was the second time we stayed at Finnegan House and had the best time. The house is great for bigger groups with enough space and things to do for all. Ken is great to work with. We definitely will be back for our yearly trip!

Golf/Recreational Wonderland

If you stay in the Gaylord area to golf and it is not at Finnegans Roadhouse... you're missing out! This place is the best hidden gem in the area! You will not find amenities like these elsewhere.

Friends Golf weekend

This is our 4th year renting this house for our annual golf weekend! We have 7 couples and this house fits us perfect. The amenities that they offer are over the top & the owner is very responsive. We absolutely love it here!

Gaylord Family Reunion

The house was amazing. It was super clean and lots of space for everyone. The house has a ton of fun amenities too. Ken, the owner, was awesome during the whole experience. He answered all of our questions and gave outstanding recommendations. We will definitely rent the house again.

Property is huge. We stayed with 10 guys on a golfing trip and had more than enough room. House was clean when we got there and the hot tub, fire ring and grill were enjoyed by all. Only small complaint would be some beds could be better.

The Place For Group Outings

Everything about this place is exactly as it looked in the profile. In fact it was even better! Ken was very communicative throughout without any issues. We will definitely come back again! It Had Everything!

The house and amenities were perfect for our large group of SXS riders. Ken was really helpful in answering our questions prior to arrival. The house was well furnished. There was plenty of seating and plenty to do for kids and adults. We all appreciated the cleanliness inside and outside. The soundproofing in the home was so nice, since we were traveling with an infant. The parking and turn around was fantastic for 7 vehicles and 6 trailers. This property was perfect for our large group.

A Accommodations at Finnegan House

Our group of 12 golfers went up for a second straight year, and as usual we had a great stay. In spite of it being just short of a billion degrees outside (every day), spending our entire trip indoors was no problem - enough room for everyone to engage with one another, sleep or go off into one of the many "sub-rooms" on the premises. Ken (host) was available and responded promptly to any questions. I would highly recommended Finnegan House and cannot wait to book our next golf outing here!!

Epic Snow Weekend!

Our second year here, wonderful accommodations for our growing families! Property has everything we need and more! Kitchen well stocked. Exceptional stay

This is the second time we have used the location and it has not disappointed once again. The house has more than everything you will need for a stay with a large group. Kitchen is fully stocked. The addition of the putting green was well received. Plenty of beds and hot water for everyone. And the communication is incredible. There is also plenty of parking and the area is secluded. We are already planning our next stay.
