Hotel dentro do padrão, mas pode melhorar na qualidade da limpeza, não houve limpeza mesmo colocando a placa, passou o dia todo sem limpeza, no fim do dia quando já precisa já estar no quarto foi que apareceu a funcionária. Bom parque para crianças, café da manhã bom, mas os bolos não são saborosos.

Fiquei, apenas, uma diária e gostei muito. Tudo muito limpo e organizado, o café da manhã é maravilhoso, a área da piscina, dentro do custo benefício, é muito boa. Ahhh, outra coisa, a localização é perto de tudo( mercado, farmácia, restaurantes e praia. No geral, um ambiente super agradável. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Hotel mt gostoso, localizacao mt mt boa msmm. Da p fazer as coisas andando. 5 min da praia. Excelente p atividade fisica. Cafe mt bom. Piscina das criancas é excelente. Melhorias necessárias: 1 dos elevadores sempre quebrado, as esteiras da academia nao funcionam. Pode ser melhor.

Ar condicionado nao refrigera, chuveiro frio não esquenta, a moça do restaurante do cafe da manhã que fazia omelete/tapioca mal humorada, fui reclamar que a omelete estava crua e ela disse que nao aceitava reclamação. Agora o pior, INTERNET NÃO FUNCIONA.

Café da manhã muito bom.

O que mais gostei foi o café da manhã, muita variedade e tapioca feita na hora com várias opções. Infelizmente em um dos dias da hospedagem um dos elevadores precisou de manutenção e o HTL estava lotado, causando um certo transtorno.

Preço justo, mas pode evoluir

O check-in foi rápido e facilitado, com a equipe sendo prestativa. O atendimento virtual antes da chegada, contudo, foi extremamente vago, respondendo o que/quando queria. O restaurante possui preços muito caros, mas a região é repleta de opções gastronômicas próximas e acessíveis inclusive a pé, assim como a orla da praia de Tambaú. O café da manhã é bem variado, mas nem sempre na temperatura ideal. O quarto é amplo, mas a limpeza podia ser mais caprichada. A pia do banheiro tinha cabelos e uma parte do guardador de roupas tinha teias de aranha, por exemplo. A equipe foi solícita ao resolver os problemas, mas a chegada já podia ter sido em melhor estado. Falta a opção de TV por assinatura. Diante do grande público infantil, alguns quartos podiam ter redes de proteção.

Lamentável. Quarto antigo, escuro, banheiro escuro com presença de uma baratinha francesinha que subiu na minha esposa. Minha filha sofreu acidente no brinquedo da piscina por pouco muito pouco o corte não foi no olho, zero suporte. Os preços do restaurante impossível e o estacionamento é pago, não percebi isso no anúncio. Muitos pombos na area da piscina e a conservação das marquises indicam ausência de manutenção. Os quartos que ficam para rua não possuem isolamento o que prejudica o sono devido a passagem de carros, motos e ônibus
