The chalet has a nearby community beach/lake and is centrally located to many Pocono attractions (hiking trails, ski resorts, rafting, paint ball, etc.)

The Sonos speakers have an automatic volume limit that goes into effect at 8pm and lowers further again at 10pm.

Guests are responsible for inspecting consumables found in the house before using (coffee, spices, condiments, etc.). The host is not responsible for any illness or negative effects from these items.

*Inclement weather*
The Pocono mountains are subject to extreme weather (snow, ice, rain, etc). Guests are responsible for understanding the cancellation policy prior to booking and consider trip insurance to cover interruptions.

In winter, we recommend a 4WD vehicle with snow tires. Our snow removal service will treat the driveway following snow storms of 3+ inches, however we cannot guarantee treatment for the surrounding roads.

Lastly, we have a backup generator at the property to ensure guests have power and running water for a limited time following an outage.
