First of all the staff were pretty helpful and accommodating so this is not about the service but the hotel itself. I was sooo disgusted by this hotel. It was horribly disgusting, gross, run down, smelly, dirty just gross all around. The beds were so uncomfortable, the tub was dirty and still hair from previous stay, there were no outlets in the bathroom and only 2 in the whole room instead there were extensions cords. The desk was falling apart, literally. The desk chair was stained with what seemed like blood and smelled like pist. I swear I felt I was going to catch something by just being there; unfortunately I had nowhere else to go or place available given that it was the holiday so I’m thankful I had somewhere to sleep. But yea this is NOT Embassy suites by Hilton do not be fooled like I was.
