"Absolutely unacceptable – avoid this place at all costs This stay was a complete disaster and honestly felt like a scam. We arrived at the property around 2 PM only to be told there was no electricity and that power might come back by 5 PM. There was no power backup, no contingency plan, nothing. "What a fabulous property in terms of view, eating space, food taste, hospitality, and the amazing projector option in place of a TV in the room. Our host, Amar, was extremely courteous, helpful and made sure we were.comfortable and taken care of. He went the extra mile and helped us with the trek down to the riverside right below the property and back up! We had a fantastic time simply sitting in the cafe’s balcony side with the direct view of the mountains and the rhythmic sound of the river. The food tasted good too. We ended our night watching a movie on the screen using the projector! Thank you for the wonderful experience, The Elevia and special thanks to Amar! He added more to our experience by being an exceptional host!"
