"My room was never cleaned. Asked for clean towels and new sheets and housekeeping told me to go down to the front desk. Front desk and management were no help to the matter either as they told me that I would receive what I needed, but nothing was delivered to my room. "

"This hotel was beautiful! Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We celebrated my husband's birthday in the area at Angie's Seafood restaurant which was about 10 minutes away and everything was PERFECT starting with the arrival at the hotel's valet parking attendant to the front desk representative, they entire time of our one night trip was AMAZING! We will definitely be returning back to Royal Sonesta and Angie's seafood restaurant. "

"Sean was an incredible person. He was incredibly friendly and very professional. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the hotel and rooms were spotless. "

"The room overall was in okay shape. The bathroom definitely needed a deep cleaning. There were hairs in the sink and in the corner by the toilet as well as something splattered on the wall. The bedding was clean, but around the bed area was very dusty on the floor. Appeared as though the focus was linens and counter tops, but not much detail to other areas. The trash cans didn't have trash bags which would make for more clean up in my opinion. Not much interaction with any staff, but the ones that I did talk to were very kind. Breakfast was a good as well as the evening reception. Overall, I'd rate this a 3/5 for my stay, but would most likely not stay here again."

"An odd old hotel with outdated rooms, dirty and cracked room window, dim lighting throughout the building, and the need to use room card key to use the elevator (mine stopped working) made for an experience I would not repeat. We were happy to get out of there despite the friendly and mostly knowledgeable staff, a tasty crab cake and a pretty lobby ceiling. "

"You should have complementary breakfast. You serve the exact same breakfast as hotels that do. Powered eggs. I have a big 1500 Ram pickup truck. Paid for twenty four hour parking, only six spaces big enough for trucks and Vans. I had to search around for a parking spot, after making a turn I hit a wall scraping my truck trying to come out of the garage "
