Only disappointed was 1 chair per room according to the front desk. The ad said that breakfast was included but to my dismay I was asked for a voucher, dark skinned lady said it didn’t come with room so will need to pay $21/person"

"My room was never cleaned. Asked for clean towels and new sheets and housekeeping told me to go down to the front desk. Front desk and management were no help to the matter either as they told me that I would receive what I needed, but nothing was delivered to my room. "

"This hotel was beautiful! Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming. We celebrated my husband's birthday in the area at Angie's Seafood restaurant which was about 10 minutes away and everything was PERFECT starting with the arrival at the hotel's valet parking attendant to the front desk representative, they entire time of our one night trip was AMAZING! We will definitely be returning back to Royal Sonesta and Angie's seafood restaurant. "
