"The hotel does not offer room service unless a request is made which is fine;however, no notification was made. I assume that there would be signage or a verbal statement. At my request, the staff was unable to provide any towels for the following day. This will be my last visit with this hotel. It is making a bad name for Wyndham. "

"This was a very good hotel. It was clean, the staff was respectful and they gave the customers breakfast accommodation. Rooms had great air from a.c .The only thing I didn’t like was the elevator. It was dirty and not welcoming. I also love the fact that we are accommodated with free shuttle vans to and from American dream which is a 5 minute walk to MetLife. The only downside is it runs two shuttle vans at a time. I would most definitely recommend and return to Meadowlands plaza."
