"Room has some dark substance mushed into floor that my son stepped in, ac wasn’t working had to have worker come in and work on it. The room had a musty smell to it, used toiletries were left in the bathroom. "

"Went there with 2 kids on a suite 2queen size room. The AC seems not working great, the free breakfast wer provided in a pack ( 1 blueberry muffin, i small yogurt, 1 small orange juice for kids and 1 small orange)
The customer service are great, no issue checking in and checking out, the location is great"
"Usually an excellent place to stay. On this visit however we asked the staff on the first day not to bother making the room up. After that we didn't get any service at all until we asked 2 days later. After being out all day we came back to discover the room was made but we had absolutely no towels and it didn’t appear the bathroom had been properly cleaned. When housekeeping sent someone up to bring some towels he was obviously less than happy to assist. Not up to their usual standards "
"Rooms clean & updated, hot showers with low medium pressure, & happy it was pet friendly. No frills & great value. Outdoors a lot of glass in the grassy areas surrounding hotel & nearby so be cautious walking your pet. Across the street from some nice shopping areas.
Only issue is breakfast was minimal. Not a sweet breakfast person so options were ham, eggs, & toast. They ran out early & didn’t put out a lot in comparison to the amount of guests dining. I booked it based on families’s only request for a decent breakfast. I would book again but only for myself not my family.
