  • 3rd floor studio with large balcony over looking Sedona and the Verde Valley & one free parking spot. Centrally located means a short walk to uptown. Flat is 550 sq ft. Studio has king sized bed, sleeper sofa, living & dining room table, electric fireplace, bathroom w/ walk in shower, mini-fridge with water bottles, coffee pot, coffee beans, grinder, sugar, and creamer, DirecTV and WIFI. 1st and 2nd floors are available to rent so you can the rent entire place. The accommodations were wonderful! The place was clean and well set up for comfort. The views were spectacular and the closeness to walk through town and to restaurants was perfect. We had a great time!

Clean room with beautiful views and decorated with interesting historical photos of the area. Lots of fun shops and great restaurants all easily walkable. Host was great to work with. Will definitely be back!

Best view in Jerome

Definitely a million dollar view. We have stayed here a couple of times and it has always been clean and well stocked. We will stay there again when we want a getaway

Perfect peaceful relaxing getaway

Just love our stay here! This is our second time at this wonderful establishment. Just love the view from the top floor. Couldn’t ask for more from these accommodations.

This is a great property to rent if you are looking for a nice place to relax with a beautiful view. It is clean, cute, and cozy. 3 minute walk to downtown, but still away from most of the tourists we loved this place.

Amazing Views

My husband and I have made coming to Jerome an annual trip for our anniversary. We love the small town feel with all the shopping, wineries, and food. Our stay here was very pleasant. The views were amazing, the space was perfect for the two of us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful view. Loved watching everyone come in & out of town in the mornings & the evenings on the porch. Perfect place to stay while visiting Jerome since everything was within walking distance & we never had to worry about parking. We can't wait to stay again!

The Million Dollar View in Jerome was exceptional! We enjoyed every minute. The studio private room is large and has everything you need for a few nights in this historic town. The balcony is private, clean, and great for morning coffee or evening cocktails as the storms roll in over the amazing, picturesque view. You can enjoy the peaks of multiple mountain ranges and the slope of historic buildings on Jerome Main Street in one view. Small things that made a big difference: water bottles in the fridge, coffee beans and grinder, microwave, fridge, multiple sitting areas, bathroom supplies, small dishes and cups, and a comfy bed.All of the activities we wanted to explore were within 7 minutes of the apartment. The food at every establishment was exceptional. We enjoyed the Haunted Hamburger, Caduceus Cellars, and Clinkscale Hotel restaurant. We capped our evening off with Jerome Ghost Tours and enjoyed that experience as well. Great location, clean, beautiful, and historic. Highly recommend the Million Dollar View!

Enjoyable stay

We always enjoy Jerome. Staying here makes it easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and set.

Love this place!!! Felt right at home!!! And yes those views are great 😊 . Jerome has a lot to offer and we enjoyed walking to the places where we wanted to go. Also there a wine place in the sane block

We would highly recommend this studio. Great location. Walking distance to almost everything. Annalisa thought of everything you may need. We will definitely be back. P.S. if you get the chance, eat at Clinkdale. Fabulous food!!

Neat and Clean, great location

Three things that make this property especially great for visiting Jerome are the views from the balcony, proximity to "downtown" and a reserved parking space off of the roadway. The apartment itself is very neat and clean. Check in and check out process was seamless. Would stay again and absolutely recommend this apartment.
