Room was clean, everything worked, staff was polite and effective. They even keep the parking lot clean, which is tough because so many humans are disgusting slobs.

We were greeted at the desk as we walked in with a gentleman that was so polite, informative, and very helpful. The housekeeper was so nice and provided us with everything we needed. There was a new employee at the desk, but she was informative and gave us info on things to do and greatplaces to shop. If I come back out here to San Francisco, I will definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel. It’s my favorite spot to stay in Berkeley. It’s peaceful. It’s quiet. It has a great restaurant. Staff is super friendly and parking is easy. Great area to walk and see views of San Francisco too.
