The cottage is accessed via the external staircase and furnished balcony. The modern design of the cottage has created an open plan living area with a split level kitchen and bathroom with 2 bedrooms comprising of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom on the next level.
The historic town of Jedburgh has choice of bars restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. For couples or families interested in walking, cycling and exploring the Border countryside. All within an hours' drive are Hadrians Wall, Holy Island, Edinburgh, beautiful coastline with sandy beaches and rugged cliffs, lochs and rivers, stately homes. castles and other visitor attractions all on uncrowded roads. The combination of good quality accommodation, outstanding views and easy access into the town make this a perfect base for your holiday. Come and enjoy the unhurried pace of the Scottish Borders.

Full details will be sent by email to you a few days before your arrival. There is a central location for disposal and recycling of rubbish. Details will be in your cottage. WiFi is free, however we are in a rural location and WiFi speeds may vary. Downloading/streaming may not be possible.
Note: One well behaved dog is welcome to come on holiday with you. The abundance of wildlife surrounding us means that your dog should be kept on a lead at all times within the policies. Please respect our cottage and future guests by keeping your dog off the furniture and beds and never leave the dog unattended in the cottage. We have a supply of dog towels, poo bags and dog treats in the cottage for your convenience. If you are bringing a dog, please let us know so that we can make sure that dog towels etc are provided.
