"We stayed in an Oceanfront King Suite, and the room was amazing. Perfect view and extremely comfortable. The pool bar was great, the pool/beach staff were excellent and very attentive. We had meals and cocktails at Cobalt that were on par with our stay! The smoked old fashioned was quite good! Our only critique would be the first impression in the lobby - very dated and worn carpet on the staircase."

"We enjoyed everything about our stay at your home. From the moment of our arrival to our last minute at your place. The house was in a grate location and the neighborhood is quiet. We had one of the most beautiful memories and what an amaizing natural place. Everything about your house was so fantastic with enough amenities. The house was very calm, clean and welcoming. "We absolutely loved this property! It was beautiful, very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear, towels, and plenty of bathroom and kitchen supplies. Having two refrigerators was a huge plus for our group of six staying for a week, giving us plenty of room for food and drinks. We also really enjoyed using the charcoal grill. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vero Beach."

"This is an old school florida inn. Though dated its Charming, with nice pool and beautiful grounds, lovely office staff. Kitchen was well stocked, looks like new dishes. In general was very clean but can't hide the age, esp the floors. The screen porch in #11 was unfortunately soggy from the very old AC window unit in the adjoining bedroom. Location is great, on quiet very nice street close to restaurants and the beach. We had no issues parking."

"The house was well equipped with everything we needed, plenty of towels, beach stuff, cleaning supplies for laundry, dishwasher etc. Comfortable beds, great outdoor pool area. Great location. The host, Chuck was very kind and easy to communicate with - though everything was in such good order we didn’t need help with anything. We definitely recommend this property!"

"We really love this property. It's proximity to the beach is great (about 100 yards on a paved path), and Maria provides beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floaties, and even a kayak and paddleboard! The pool is a fun place to float after a day on the beach, and the shady lanai is a great place for converation and a glass of wine. It's close to Orchid Island restaurants, as well as a short ride to Vero Beach on the mainland. Thanks, Maria, for another lovely week!"
