Well appointed and laid out- with 3 good sized bedrooms, three separate wcs/ showers and 2 wonderful spacious balconies and great aircon system throughout.Chill out on the balcony and watch the boats go up and down the canal.Location is superb with only a 3 minute walk to Arenal beach and all that offers.Finally the communication and assistance throughout from Jayne at Ladybird Villas ( agent) needs a special mention. "Villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a lovely garden of mature trees and plants including a gorgeous pool. It was too cool to benefit from outdoor kitchen and pool but we enjoyed spending time outdoors on lounge chairs . Property was securely fenced for dogs to run and park car. It is close to historic Xabia and roads leading to Calpe, Denia, etc. areas in Costa Blanca we toured for a month. Owner was responsive to provide guidance on restaurants, sites of interest, and home...

"The villa was absolutely perfect, exactly what we were hoping for. The outdoor area was superb, with everything we could possibly need: a huge pool, plenty of seating areas, a BBQ, and a pool bar (my husband's favourite part!). The facilities in the villa were home from home, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was a lovely breakfast spot just a short walk away, and several supermarkets within a short drive. The local area has lots of beaches, bars, and restaurants to explore. It was an easy drive from Alicante airport, and the villa was simple to find using Google Maps. Communication from the host was spot on, really helpful throughout. We had a fantastic stay!"

"The property was excellent and even better than the pictures provided.The outside area was the stand out point with various areas to relax or sunbathe. The pool being the highlight which is a great size (could do with being colder).The only minor comment would be that the separate apartment area needs a little more furniture make it feel even more comfortable so perhaps another sofa or rattan furniture set to sit."

"Pascales property is located in a quiet, peaceful area a short drive from Javea and it amenities. Quite simply the views and general outlook of the villa are stunning. As a family we particularly enjoyed sitting on the upper terrace with our evening meal, taking in the scenery. The pool area is well thought out with shower and toilet facilities on the same level, and the bedrooms are spaced over 2 floors giving guests a sense of privacy. Pascale is a very communicative host, and a easy to talk to. Thank you for a great holiday, Pascale, lots of laughter was had and memories made. Merci.."
