Recently renovated, this is the ideal vacation spot for guests in the North Georgia mountains while being close to all that the resort of Big Canoe has to offer! This home sleeps 12 comfortably throughout the 4 bedrooms including a sleeper sofa on the terrace level. There is also a bunk room that has a twin-over-queen bunkbed + a twin-over-twin bunkbed and twin trundle. Each bedroom also has it's own private full bath. There are amazing views of Lake Petit from all 3 levels as well as from 2 balconies (one balcony is off the master bedroom and one balcony is off the terrace bedroom) and 2 levels of decks that are perfect for entertaining. There is an outdoor bar area on the bottom deck, a sauna, a pool table, and games for your enjoyment during your stay. Sleep to the sound of the creek flowing outside your window each night of your stay. As a guest, you will enjoy the close proximity to The Beach Club on Lake Disharoon, The Marina on Lake Petit, The Clubhouse, the 27-hole Golf Course, and The Wedding Chapel.

Our home is in a gated community called Big Canoe. The gate collects the information of all guests. On entry into the community, they check your ID and pass out rules and regulations for the community. They do not allow atv vehicles to be brought in.

Swim Passes have to be purchased at the Beach Club at Disharoon ($/person/day or $/person/week).

Please also remember that this cabin is in the woods by the water. This means there may be mud, pollen, insects, rodents, snakes, leaves, dust, fallen branches, storms that create a loss of electricity, deer, owls, hawks, wild turkey, etc. and maybe even a black bear.
