「We were there for our granddaughter’s wedding at Adaland Mansion. This was a convenient location for traveling to and from the event. The house was beautifully decorated and very roomy for a large family. Everything was clean and comfortable. The rain kept us from enjoying the outdoors but there was lots of room for outdoor sitting and grilling. Sherry is an exceptionally good host. I would recommend the riverfront home to anyone traveling to that area.」

「Home is a few minutes down a gravel road in a camp ground. There is little to no traffic so you can enjoy the sounds of nature. Covered back porch to sit on if raining - home was clean and pictures were accurate with the photos shown for the listing. Less than 5 min walk to nearby river」

「We had a great stay here at the Muskie-Lounge River Retreat!! We were here for my son’s wedding. The cabin was clean and ready when we arrived. The Tenney’s were flexible on check-in times and allowed us to get in a bit early to be able to shower/change from traveling before our rehearsal dinner. Evenings spent on the deck around the fire was very relaxing!! Would for sure bring the family back again!」

「We had wonderful time. It was a gorgeous place to stay. Loved how it was in a wooded area away from others. The house was well kept and clean. The only inconvenience was the host would show up without any notice. Coming to check to see if we needed the trash taken or needed anything else is nice and fine but would have liked a notice that they were coming by.」

「This property was clean, maintained and had everything we needed. The owner provided a lot of little nice touches, with premade bags for smores, snacks, packaged toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. The area is beautiful and has lots of deer to watch. My family had plenty of room to gather and visit as we all came in from separate states to celebrate my recently passed Mother's life. This was a great property to stay at while in Buckhannon. The next time we are back in Buckhannon we would happily stay...

「We have gone to the area every year for Thanksgiving week for 4 years now. We have family in the area and my husband hunts. What a great and convenient place for us as it is close to family. House was better than expected. It was very clean and check in was very easy. Brenda was very accommodating as we drove from Florida overnight. I would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely book again in the future.」

「Excellent weekend getaway, so peaceful and relaxing. The layout is perfect and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. It snowed and was cold outside so we didn't venture out but I can imagine that the view would be spectacular in the summer months. 」
