Breakfast... scrambled eggs were over done ( heat to hot )..biscuits were burned to the chaffing dish not edible.... no suitable chairs for handicap.. chairs with arms on to help get up.. I had reservation for 1 st floor handicap was not that option when entered. option 2nd or 3rd floor your choice. ...

Chautauqua Lake Front Property - Short Walk to the Village of Bemus Point!
Great house right on the lake. Lots of room for cooking and spending time together. Sun room, deck and firepit were our favorites. The dining room table was a great spot for playing board games. Ideal Winter getaway for snowmobiling, skiing, family time!
Overall, we had a great stay! The grounds were beautifully kept. There were plenty of outside chairs for the porch, firepit and lawn areas and a a nice assortment of play equipment for younger children and a cornhole set. There were plenty of games in the closet, and we appreciated the pack-n-play ...
