Upon early arrival at hotel, fast check in was available. Hotel staff were friendly. Room was standard. For solo traveller, it is sufficient. For couples , I would suggest getting the bigger or biggest room they have. Housekeeping staff were very courteous. Hotel is mostly accessible by taxi services. Food places were within a 5-10 mins walking distance. Stay was pretty peaceful at night.
There was no bellboy who helped me to bring my luggages.. check-in was smooth luckily, even though at first staff said there was no twin room with non-smoking floor but at the end i can get the room. Room is small but looks comfy. I dont like the bathroom. The shower area do not have door or shower curtain. So the water from shower area will splash everywhere and make the whole bathroom wet. The shower gell was so watery. There is no hand / face towel. Breakfast was so so.
Short weekend stay. Solo traveller. Clean hotel, friendly staff.
For a solo traveller, the hotel serves the basic function. Easy to get around with the taxi service at the lobby.
Third time staying here and I’m satisfied with the service and comfort of the room. However the last two times l stayed here, l noticed the housekeeping did not change the bedsheets at all. There were stain on the bedsheet since day one and throughout my stay of five days. same stain same area
Four days were well spent at this hotel in central Jakarta. The hotel is a short walk 10min from Juanda station on the main commuter line between Kota and Gambir. There is an Indomart a few minutes from the hotel including street food and a Martabak shop. The hotel itself is really well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a buffet style of local and continental cuisine with coffee, tea or juice. They even prepared fresh omelettes. The room was nice and spacious, with a tea/coffee making facilities. One good feature was the international power point. The bathroom was good too although oddly the shower area has a large glass windows that overlooks the bed (there was a retractable screen to cover this completely though). Room service was ordered once and it was prompt and good. The hotel also offers a hotel shuttle (we ended up being the only ones on the bus!). The front desk staff were helpful but were a bit clueless about the tour we asked about to Pulau Seribu telling us what we already knew. Not a bad hotel all in all. I would recommend it, and return to stay here again too.
