We loved our stay at Suryagarh and it exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Right from checking in, where we felt like royalty, to the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms to finally the staff (from housekeeping to the cafeteria to the pool) who were extremely professional and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and make us feel at home. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous and every item that we had for dinner was delicious and served very tastefully. In short, right from the decorations to the manner in which food items were served was royal without becoming garish. Every single staff member deserves mention, but I would like to especially mention Paramjeet, Latif, Jalal, Rahul B, Vanshika and her team for their exemplary service, as well as Rahul U, Grace and Sandhiya for making our stay very pleasant. Also, the immaculate lawns and landscaping were very tastefully done. We definitely didn’t get to spend enough time, looking forward to our next trip to Suryagarh very soon🙏

Beyond EXCEPTIONAL - truly one of the best world-class hospitality and true to the Rajasthani ‘padharo sa’ spirit. Don’t have words to explain how they orchestrate everything - from delighting you in your room with special treats and service to offering special treats in the restaurants and going above and beyond in everything a guest wants to do. They don't nickel and dime you and keep trying to add value to your stay. We have traveled across 25+ counties and don’t think we have come across this level of genuine care that a resort has ever offered. They treat you like you are family. We had an incident where one of the kids in our group got injured and had to be taken to the hospital (100% our fault). The hotel staff arranged transportation right away and helped us navigate the care - it was truly comforting to have them support us and show proactiveness in their overall approach. Again, they go way above and beyond what may be excepted. By the end of our 3 day stay, we knew many hotel staff by their names including Pranav, Harsh, Jalal, Latif, Pandit ji and many others. The spa is one of the BEST I have seen - great therapists and amazing environment. If I could give 10 out 5 stars, I would. We will definitely come back - hoping to come back as soon as we can plan to be back in Rajasthan!

Suryagarh is not a hotel.. it is an experience. And front desk manager Mr. Aniket gave us one of the best experience of our lives. Aniket was kind enough to upgrade us to luxury signature suite. What a property ! Excellent food ! Royalness at next level. Thank you Aniket !!!

Hotel has very nice vibe. Food is very good, especially their six course meal. Also like the fact that the hotel is animal friendly. Service can improve a lot. I got their confirmation for airport pickup, however, no show. They didn’t even acknowledge the miss. They simply miss simple things like straws for lemonade. The bedroom and bathroom configuration is not good. Their HVAC never worked as intended throughout our stay - either too hot or too cold

Disappointing.

No response from hotel pre trip despite repeated attempts to try to contact them. Experiences were all full and no effort made to try to explore options externally that we managed to do ourselves. Shower leaked in one of our rooms. Quality of food was sub par given the price point. Staff serving us were not as knowledgeable on menu. Avoid staying when events are taking place as common areas are noisy and you feel like a distraction to the main event. The music event laid out in the evening was excellent. The site and facilities were great.

It’s an over hyped property. Of course 1 of the best in a dessert like Jaisalmer. But considering the city has limited activities to offer, the hotel could’ve been made much more engaging. The furniture is basic, food options limited but prices are over the top.
