Clean rooms, excellent decor, good food and very attentive staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel at edge of Jaisalmer center

No reflection on the hotel itself, but if you take the train, try not pay more than 50 rupees for a tuk-tuk, as that is what it cost to get back to the train station. Rooftop restaurant makes decent food, non-touristic market area is around the corner. About 20 minute walk to fort.

Beestenboel

Dit hotel is zeer mooi ingericht met vriendelijk personeel. We hadden een familiekamer, deze was erg ruim en netjes. Dit hotel had veel vliegen en muggen. Nu weet je dat je dit kunt verwachten in India in augustus. Maar wat we niet hadden verwacht waren een moeder en baby salamander die over de muren liepen in onze kamer. Wat ook heel vervelend was, was dat er een krekel in onze kamer was. Wss zat hij achter het bed bij het hoofdeind, maar we konden het bed niet schuiven. De krekel heeft elke dag zijn stem laten horen. Ook elke avond hondengeblaf (of eigenlijk tekeergaan) tegen elkaar. Alsof dat al niet genoeg was, begonnen ze vanaf 23 uur op het terras te schuiven met stoelen en tafels. De familiekamer was op de 2e etage, daarboven was het restaurant. Vanaf 23 uur werd alles aan de kant geschoven of verplaatst. Dat ging met een enorm geknars van de tafel- en stoelpoten. De volgende dag is mijn man dit gaan aangeven en vervolgens gebeurde het toch weer. We zijn 3 weken in India geweest, maar ondanks dat het een mooi hotel is, was dit ook de slechtste hotel ervaring die we hadden. Jammer van zo een prachtig hotel.

Nice experience at a budget hotel

I would say that it was a nice, average budget hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean, service was good, the staffs were very friendly and you get a view of the fort from the balcony of some of the rooms. Hot water supply does not work for 24 hours but you can not expect luxary amenities at that modest rate. So I would say it was pretty much value for money.

L'hôtel en lui même est pas mal mais les chambres vraiment pas terribles. Déco bof et chambres sans fenêtres... Sinon c'était propre... Accueil un peu froid, même s'ils nous ont gardé nos bagages sans problèmes pendant notre Safari... Service du restaurant nul... On semble les embêter... C'est le flegme indien poussé à l'extrême... Si vous trouvez un autre hôtel, évitez celui là, nous avions eu beaucoup mieux pendant notre voyage dand le même gamme de prix...

Très moyen globalement. Assez bruyant. Pas loin du fort. Je partais en train du soir, j'ai demandé si un "late check-out" était possible (ce qui avait été le cas dans les autres hôtels où j'avais demandé) et on m'a dit que c'était payant, alors que l'hôtel était loin d'être plein.

Close to main tourist attraction - Sonar Quila

It was very satisfying.Staff was very friendly and cordial.Food in the restaurant (though on 2nd floor) was very delicious and pricing was very reasonable.
