「L’hotel è gestito da un indiano che ha sposato una spagnola e il suo gusto nell’’arredamento si vede in tutto l’hotel, veramente molto carino mantenendo fede allo stile indiano. Abbiamo anche cenato sulla terrazza dell’hotel con vista del forte prendendo un pollo al limone non piccante perfetto dopo tanti giorni di cucina speziata. Anche la pulizia è ai livelli europei, una rarità in India. Unica pecca la stradina per arrivarci ma siamo in India e le strade sono queste. 」

「11月の下旬の滞在です。 立地的にはフォートの外壁のすぐ近く。歩いてもフォート入り口まで10分ほど。 ルーフトップレストランからの眺めは素晴らしいです！夜はライトアップされるジャイサルメールフォートを見ながら食事が出来ます。これだけで十分価値があります。 ホテル内は静かで風の通りも良かった。ホットシャワーも24時間使えた。 ただ空港からのピックアップを事前に電話で頼むと700ルピーだった。(ホテルズドットコムで500ルピーと書いていたのだが) 次の日にフォート内のゲストハウスで聞いてみたら400ルピーほどでピックアップしているとのことで、この値段差が残念と感じた。」

「The Marina Mahal is a great value option close to the centre of Jaisalmer. Akbar and Marina are a delightful Indian/New Zealand couple who are extremely hospitable and who do everything to make your stay memorable. They can arrange a brilliant trip into the desert. The vegetarian food in the rooftop restaurant is excellent and the views are stunning. Rooms are comfortable with AC, reliable hot water and free WiFi and the whole place exudes local atmosphere. 「Loved my stay at here—completely overdelivered for the price. New property, beautifully maintained. Fantastic location, a 5 minute walk from the fort entrance. Gorgeous rooftop area with the best views in town. Lovely, attentive staff. Helped me upgrade easily when a room became available. They don’t have a traditional restaurant, but the food they had was very good. Only quibble was that the pool wasn’t quite clean enough to swim in. Otherwise, great stay.」
