「Very neat and clean.」

「Had a lovely stay at the cavern. The meals are all included and very good and it was so nice not to have to worry about driving back in the evening. The wine cellar was also excellent! Amazing location and awesome staff (special thanks to sandile for all your help in planning amazing walks). Also fun range of activities, we did a lovely night hike the first night there under very clear skies and saw the milky way in all it's glory. Packed lunches were lovely and meant we could go all day hiking...

「The stay was an utter disappointment. Very very noisy guests, loud music, screaming and shouting and loud parties. Impossible to relax and enjoy the mountains. Some guests were even driving up and down with music blasting from their cars. Check in was good and security at the gate very friendly. Depending on your unit you have to carry your luggage from your car a fair distance to the chalet. They should get golf carts to assist with this. The resort should really clamp down on noisy guests day...

「Nothing to write home about. 1. I felt the driveway needs some fixing and the parking should be closer to the units, I don’t get why it is closed when that space can be utilized. 2. The shower heads were also not good enough as water flow was not fast enough or had the right pressure. It was spraying all over.」
