Good spot

Everything went well with the stay. Home was as advertised. Only issue I had was finding the unit at night with no cell service. Guards helped me locate the unit but that was our only hang up. would recomend.

Beautiful property, great people!

The property was beautiful! It’s a nice spot to be, as you can get out and about all day and then come back to a relaxing pool/beach to enjoy the sunset. Yoyo and her staff at the poolside bar and grill were a surprising highlight of our trip. The food and drinks were delicious! We had 5 teenagers and there was plenty of space for them to spread out. We cooked several meals while we were there and had sufficient pots, pans, dishes, etc. The property offered a nice home base for the week. The AC stopped working downstairs while we were there and it was fixed within a couple of hours. There’s a great team of people behind the scenes to ensure a great stay. Highly recommend!

Renter beware

Worst VRBO experience ever. In a nutshell we dealt with them moving us to another property due to bad plumbing. Ants all over the floor in the living room, black mold from the air conditioner, and a broken lock on the only door you could access with a key. The incorrect Wi-Fi password made it impossible to contact the host and the photos used for the house on the VRBO website makes the house look beautiful and it was a total disappointment. We ended up not even staying there. The trip protection does nothing for situations like ours and all VRBO can do is work as a mediator between renter and host. When we submitted all of our photos and videos to VRBO we were met with the host calling us liars even though we had video evidence.

No cumplió nuestras expectativas

Hace menos de un año nos hospedamos en una de las propiedades y sin duda obtuvo 100 este año quisimos volver y probar otra propiedad y la sorpresa fue expectativa / realidad habían luces que no encendían el baño de arriba a veces si encendia a veces no el cuarto que no tiene baño igual varias luces en la cocina no encendían en general la casa no estaba limpia, no nos advirtieron que frente a la propiedad estaban construyendo y a las 7 am iniciaban movimientos de tierra ( ruidos de vagonetas, back hoe) cuando llegamos a usar el jacuzzi eran pelotas de cloro, las camas viejas y colchones no cómodos para dormir…. No recomendaría esta propiedad está vieja, le falta mantenimiento y limpieza… nos gusta mucho el condominio las instalaciones y la playa pero al menos esta vez la estancia y la casa nos quedó debiendo por mucho.

Amazing Vacation Spot

I can not scream load enough about this property and the owners of the house absolutely amazing! Rob and Sarah were amazing, they contacted us as soon as we made the reservation and kept in touch every step of the way. The property itself is beyond what we expected. The pics online are just the beginning of how beautiful and well maintained the property is kept. Neighborhood is clean, safe and right next to one of the most impressive beaches I have ever been to ( I travel continuously) , the location is perfect close enough to be close to everything, distanced enough to feel like its your own private island. We had the best time the week we stayed at this house and could not be more happy with everything we experienced. Rob, and Sarah you started our journey and we thank you for everything! If you are wanting to visit Costa Rica I recommend this property, if I could give a 1000 on survey results I would! Best spot in Costa Rica! Thank Jason
