Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo with a private balcony and unparalled views of the beach and ocean. The spacious living room has a large flat screen smart TV and a dining table that seats four people. The fully equipped kitchen also has views of the ocean. The master suite has a balcony with ocean views, a king bed and smart television. The second bedroom has a queen bed, bunk beds and smart televison, balcony access. Amenities include wireless internet, a combo washer and dryer, an oceanfront community outdoor and indoor pool, gym, and park. Easy beach access and close to an elevator. *Sleeps 6: , 1K, 1Q, and twin bunk beds LINENS PROVIDED. Linen Package includes sheets and bath towels. NO SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED. Due to Hurricane Florence the indoor pool and hottub is closed for repairs. The outdoor pool will open year round. This rental does not come with toiletries, it is just like renting a beach house, you must bring your own toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap...etc. **Tenant agrees to pay $25/each for any parking pass /$50 amenty fobs not returned. Bedding may differ from pictures due to being updated/replaced during the season.

We were there for a wedding on-site, so was very convenient for us! The wedding party ended up using it for getting ready, which was super nice. The unit is well equipped for a beach stay, down to including books for that beach read, puzzles and games- including video game unit, beach toys, fans, well- equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. We would stay there again, esp if planning a beach vacation! Thank you.

Unit was nice. Bathroom in primary bedroom very nice. Bathroom in other bedroom not good. Ceiling has area with material missing and almost no water pressure. Balcony has only one chair so needs at least one more. Otherwise nice unit.

Everything was excellent,only thing we would like to change is sitting on the balcony,would like to see something useable,it’s the perfect place to unwind after a fun filled day.unfortunately 1 broken chair and 1 small table we couldn’t enjoy that wonderful space , other than that we had a fabulous week

Great property - like home away from home

We loved how comfortable all of the beds were in the house and the tile floors were easy to sweep excess sand from. The dual shower heads in the master bathroom were great for getting the salt water and chlorine out of the kids hair, and there were plenty of hooks to hang things to dry overnight. Of course the beach was great, but we also loved the pool, fitness room, playground, Coffee Joy in the morning, and Topsail Treats in the evenings! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!

First 2 days were great. Then when we tried to do laundry the washing machine leaked causing water to spill out on kitchen floor. Immediately contacted owner and Melissa was responsive and gave us a 100.00 dollar refund.

Very quiet place to stay, clean and overall satisfied. Top bunk was a little wobbly but luckily didn’t have to use that. Other than that, great stay!

Wonderful Stay

Our family had an amazing trip! My husband and I brought our three little ones and the setup of the condo was absolutely perfect for our family. Everything was clean and well maintained. The host (Melissa) was very accommodating and on top of communication. We were so grateful for her flexibility in moving one of our dates around due to tropical storm Debby. The location was great - Our family had a blast at the pool and the easy beach access was so nice as well. We would recommend this stay to anyone!

We had a great time

Our family had a great time at this rental. It felt clean and well taken care of. The kitchen had everything we needed. Melissa provided clear instructions before we checked in and during our stay. We appreciated extra touches like the card games and the checkers game. The beach and pool are easy to access from the room, plus we were close to the bocce ball, checkers, and putting green outside. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We had a great time. Short walk to the beach. Outdoor pool area was nice. They had outdoor grills and at the poolside area they have a cabana where they sell food and several nights someone was playing live music. We went to the Pirate restaurant on site, small space, but food was good. They also have an ice cream shop that we never got a chance to visit but what a great option to have. The beach was nice but it is kinda busy and finding a spot is kinda tough because the beach is kinda short but the people were so nice and they were fine with being in close proximity to one another and let us squeeze in if needed. The rooms in the condo were great and better than advertised. Everything was clean and the condo is very well taken care of and it has everything you need to be comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

Just what we needed ❤️

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The listing is on point. The place was really clean and we had plenty of space for the 6 of us. All of the beds were very comfortable. The second bedroom with the bunks and queen bed has plenty of room to move around. The living room furniture was clean and comfortable as well. The checkers table cloth made for many fun family games. Such a cute piece! It was ready at the check in time and had everything we needed for our stay and easy access to the beach. Will definitely keep on our list for the future!
