Process from booking to checking was seamless.There was a stove issue that Michelle had rectified as quickly as possible.Our weather was fantastic and every restaurant we visited was sooo good! The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans. Beach chairs were great and we chose to buy a body board, noodles and beach toys so we hope others can enjoy them during their stay!!

Smooth process, beautiful location

Condo was clean, pleasantly furnished and well equipped (although we didn’t cook). View is gorgeous. Balcony is a great space for relaxing, meals, reading, chatting. Pool is lovely. Easy walk along pristine boardwalk straight out to beach. We appreciated the supplied good quality beach chairs and towels. Quiet area (Labor Day weekend). Our group of 4 old friends hopes to be back! Only minor negative is that the condo (aside from recently renovated master bath) is showing some age and slight wear if you’re the type who notices these details. Two sensitive sleepers in our group felt their mattresses were nearing replacement time.

Lovely Home

We so much enjoyed your beautiful condo on the beach. It was perfect for our group. We spent many hours on the balcony watching the tide rise and fall. I hope to bring my family back for another visit.

Family Beach Getaway

The property was great! It was clean and very well-equipped. The beds were comfy and the space was well-suited for our needs with young children. Having three bathtubs was very nice! Easy access to the pool and the beach. Bathrooms at the pool were so convenient and clean. We enjoyed our stay. I would definitely return to this property. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions prior to our trip.

Great property with amazing ocean views!

We really enjoyed our time. The beach was close and the views were amazing. The listing was exactly what was displayed on the Vrbo. Property manager was very informative on the property details and was in touch in case of emergencies. We would recommend anyone to stay here.

Location and view wonderful. Large porch is best feature. Couple things would need to see if were to rent again: Unit needs to replace sheets on all beds and tub did not drain at all in back left bedroom's bath BR with 2 beds)

Nice family trip

Overall room as in pictures and room was clean. Pros: Games in the room and a few toys helped us enjoy our stay. It was very nice having a pack and play and seat for toddler to eat at. Nice bath towels. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler worked well as did renting from Sunsetters. Cons: Balcony furniture very worn down and not the most comfortable. Pool towels are very thin and would recommend bringing extras (we had 7 people and actually went and bought two extra pool towels). Pool deck was not cleaned and had what appeared to be chocolate on it the whole week and one elevator was down for over 5 days (these are reflections of the property though and not the specific unit). Overall we had a nice time though and had a nice family vacation in this unit.

Fabulous location and view

Great stay with our 2 adult children. View from balcony to ocean could not be beat. Beds were very comfortable, and It was very nice having a bath for each bedroom. Also very nice having beach chairs, umbrella and towels for use. The Kitchen was well stocked except for wine glasses…plenty of drink glasses but only two stemmed wine glasses. The only disappointment was not being able to book a tee time at the Amelia Island golf club as we had hoped. The rental information states that guest of Ric Domnitz get a discount when booking a golf round. However, when we tried doing so, we were told he is an inactive member so we could not play there. We were able to play Amelia River Golf Club though which was great. Had a wonderful stay.

Summer Get Away

We always try to go to a different beach this year and chose this over Destin because we were able to drive. We were very happy with the condo, the beds were comfy and the view was amazing. The weather wasn't the best in the evenings which limited our outdoor activities a couple of times but we did have a great time. We loved the beach, not crowded at all and the sunsets were amazing. No longer a well-kept secret

Right next door to the Ritz at a fraction of the price. Beautiful unit, perfect location, exceptional management. Amelia Island used to be a well-kept secret... Not anymore. But Ocean Place is still a place to enjoy the pure beauty of AI without the frat-party crowd that's overtaken other sections of the beach. I will definitely return.

July 2022 Stay

Just enjoyed a great family trip. Loved the property, the view and overall location. (Being right by the Ritz, in particular was great.) Also, Michelle was very responsive on everything.

Great condo and Excellent customer service!

I worked through Michelle to book several condos for work colleagues and their families to enjoy while my colleagues attended a conference hosted annually at the Ritz. My colleague was very pleased with the condo and I can't say enough good things about working with Michelle. She was so easy to work with that I booked for my colleagues’ trip next year before they departed this year! You will not regret booking with Michelle.

Sunrise to Sunset Views

Beautiful Ocean Place condo with a balcony that afforded views of both sunrises and sunsets. It was nicely appointed and clean. We had a great time there.
