Perfect for our needs

We were in Jacksonville for testing at the Mayo Clinic. The property was conveniently located to the beach, grocery, restaurants, and Mayo.

Perfect location

Very enjoyable stay, loved the location as we were close to everything we needed. Short walk to the beach, we actually went 4 times one day because it was so easy and convenient. We will stay here again!

Spring Break 2023

Great nice spot On the beach big enough for me and my family home was spacious and only a block from beach. My family enjoyed every second was able to fish, have a nice cookout, and the even our dog Lola had a blast. Two thumbs up! Would definitely rent again!!! Searcy Family

Great little place

We were in town for Mayo clinic and was wanting something close to the beach. This is a nice place just a short walk to the beach. apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Getaway

Location is great, just two blocks to the beach. We walked there everyday :)The place was cute, looked like the pictures that are posted online. The apartment could use a toaster and the bed that is in the "extra room" is super uncomfortable (my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch). Also, the chairs that were left for us to use were broken.

Was not impressed with the neighborhood or the surroundings. A lot of empty/ vacant houses. 2 blocks from the beach was great on a short notice vacation

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. Condo was within walking distance to everything. We can’t wait to return!

I loved this house! The owners were “Johnny on the spot” when problems arose. They also extended my time weekly until my home was finished being repaired. The location is awesome if you love the beach! When friends or family come down to visit...I’ll be renting again from them!

House is too old and smelly.

They could have swept the main entrance. The front was dirty, parking area had dog poops the second day. Inside was not neet. My kids complained throughout the stay

Cute 2 bedroom close to beach

Everything inside the apartment was great. Linens and beach equipment provided. My only complaint was being downstairs. The master bedroom is under the entrance so you can hear coming and goings. The clients staying upstairs were loud early morning too which made sleeping in impossible. Everything else was perfect.

Spring Break 2018

My kids complained that we never do anything cool for spring break. Which we don't, my poor daughter had surgery one spring break. I searched the area for affordable condos and This one came up and it was with in my budget. The condo was clean and comfortable. I loved being able to grocery shop and cook at home. The in unit laundry was also great because it cut down on the post vacation chores. It literally was a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, tattoo shops, night life, gas stations, and a very short drive to the grocery store. I recommend renting a bike to get around. I would give a 5 star except the beds need replacement. The "master" bedroom bed was very hard and loud when there was any sort of adjustment in sleeping position. The blinds also needed replacement, some were brittle & broken and there was some dirt collected on them. In our welcome book it said there is a gas grill and it actually was a charcoal grill. I had to buy my own charcoal and then clean it out after using it. A gas grill would have been more convenient and easier to clean. I also worried that the smoke that was produced was moving into the upstairs unit. The manager was very attentive to 2 noise complaints I had when the upstairs unit was loud upon their arrival at 12am. The upstairs unit kitchen/entry way is right above the bedrooms, you can hear walking, talking and unpacking very clearly. I highly recommend that if you value your sleep to get the upstairs unit. If you're a night owl and would be up at 12am anyways this is the unit for you. Over all my vacation was very fun and relaxing. I got plenty of naps on the beach to make up for the minor interruptions of my sleep.

Clean and comfortable ground floor unit for a Florida getaway

Furnishings and amenities were fine. Great location within minutes' walking distance to beach. Pleasant restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. Parking for 2 vehicles was very cramped.
