The townhouse has an open-concept design seamlessly connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating the perfect indoor space for spending quality time with loved ones. The full-equipped kitchen has been updated with new Bosch stainless steel appliances, a deluxe coffee station, and the nearby laundry room provides guests an LG washer and dryer throughout their stay. Step outside onto the expansive paved patio to enjoy coffee, fire up the grill, or dine with your loved ones. Board games, cards, yard games, frisbees, paddles and balls are available for families to enjoy playing with.
Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms is complete with its own ensuite bath, offering ultimate comfort and privacy for family and friends. The gated Amelia Island Plantation (AIP) is a sprawling community beloved for its miles of walking/biking trails and community spaces. Tucked within the AIP is also the Omni Amelia Island Resort, which offers excellent dining and activity options. The main hotel and nearby shopping village are within walking distance and have a nature center, mini golf, and a full spa.
Venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach, which is about a 20-minute drive north on scenic A1A, to enjoy more dining and shopping opportunities. This scenic area hosts many festivals and cultural performances throughout the year.

It's important to note that only dogs are considered for stays at our rental, and they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
