Roach Motel

Hotels .com should not offer this hotel on its site. It is in very bad condition with roaches and has derelicts in the parking lot. i don't think it is in a afe area either.

For this to be a Wynndm hotel it was unsatisfactory. Mold on the lamp shades. Room half cleaned. Stains on the sheets. A/C didnt get cold enough. Bath towels had stains on them. I was very upset with the entire stay. Will not be returning!!!

Light bulbs were missing in the room, the coffee maker and clock radio were broken, the security door to an outside entrance was broke and there was no booklet containing information about the hotel including internet access.

The a c worked but not like it should have and I paid for 2! Days and had to leave early left at 1130 and still got charged for the 2!days should have only been charged for one day or ex 20 not the hole 100 so it wasn't to good overall

2.5 star hotel, at best

The area is a little sketchy. The whole building and parking lot needs renovated. It rained and many of the parking spots were flooded so you had to wade thru water to get in your vehicle. We found 2 roaches, 1 alive in room and a dead one in the hallway. There was no water pressure and the sink was very slow to drain. There wasn't any breakfast due to covid, they just had a pot of cold coffee in the lobby. Couldn't use the coffeemaker in room because it was broke. We could only get 1 key because they were running low on keys. The check-in process took forever because their computers were slow. The workers were very nice.

Not the cleanest hotel.. False advertising * no fridge, no microwave, no hairdryer.. Pool was closed due to a code violation (they need to put that on the website) 2nd floor was extremely hot.. No continental breakfast ( which we understand due to covid-19 but false advertising.. Needs improvement

Was not thrilled when i pulled in the parking lot and people was outside bar b queing and drinking and being loud. It was suppose to be Days Inn and it was Red Roof with a flag sign saying Days Inn

Dude where do I even start...from the crumbling foundation to the holes in the walls...the rude staff, the staff who decide to smoke in the hallways with other guests who are smoking inside by the exit..no towels in the bathrooms...this place was disgusting in every way possible. Stay far far far away...I'd have been more comfortable staying in the parking lot with all of the drug dealers than actually inside the hotel.
