Cozy Home with Heated Private Pool and Patio

Nice and very clean house for your vacation and a comfortable stay. Cozy sitting area with a small pool. A protective screen around the recreation area will keep you from Florida insects))). Parking for 4 cars. Our home is located in a very convenient location: Less than 1 mile to the main road I-295 as well as the Costco store and Walmart Supercenter. At the same time, the house is located in a quiet area where you will not be disturbed by the various noises of city life.

POOL AND BACKYARD RULES:
We need to known if you would like to use the heated pool at least 2 days before arrival date. The pool temperature usually is 86f, but when the outside temperature is under 60 degrees the heater can’t work properly and need more time to heat the water and temperature can be lower than 86 degrees.
- When the outside temperature is under 50 degrees the heater work only to keep the water temperature around 81 degrees.
- When the outdoor temperature is below 43 degrees, the heater cannot work.
Children should ALWAYS be watched by an adult inside and around the pool

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK, remember the house owner is not responsible for any injuries that occur in the pool area and the house. Be mindful and remember the pool is deep if you have kids.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out time: 11:00 AM 1. Trash: Please place all trash in the large outdoor bin with the black lid. 2. Dishes: Load all used dishes into the dishwasher and start a normal cycle.
3. Towels – Place all used towels in the washing machine and start a quick wash cycle (no need to dry). 4. Bedding – No need to strip the beds — our cleaning team will handle that.
Windows, Doors – Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked. Lights – Turn off all lights before leaving. No keys to return —your door code will be automatically deactivated after check-out

Jacksonville Trip

Great getaway

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The outside space offered privacy and was a great atmosphere to relax and unwind. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very comfortable and safe at the home. As it was our first time renting a home vs a hotel the whole experience was amazing and we'll never back to hotels.

Short stay for competition dance week

We had a short stay, needed to accommodate a dance competition week. The house was quaint, perfect size and location for where we needed to be. Having the pool and enclosed patio was perfect. There were no surprises with respect to the listing description. Home was clean, bedrooms were spacious. Neighborhood was indeed quiet. Yuriy was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I could easily see us staying here again.

Very Relaxing Stay

Overall, the property was awesome! We were there for a medical trip to the Mayo Clinic. It was good to have the heated pool there to unwind from the day. My wife and I were able to spend quality time together and did not have to worry about the noise of children or the hustle and bustle of the city. The bed was soooo comfy as well! The only downfall was that the lighting around the pool did not light up. Also, some of the towels had a smell like they had not dried all the way and was left in the dryer. Other than that, we had an amazing stay and would definitively stay again when we have to visit the area.
