Nice condo on the beach

There was no housekeeping services. We all had one set of towels that we had to wash each day. For the price, I'm accustomed to clean towels, cleaning service daily. We had empty our own trash. The worse part - the dryer was not properly vented. The heat and dust came into the condo. I explained to management that this was a FIRE HAZARD; but, they weren't the least bit concerned. It would be interesting to know if the inspectors are aware of this hazard!!!

Everything and everyone was wonderful. The only issue (BIG) is that the balcony bars on our 5th floor condo are not up to standards. Our 2yr old Grandson could have easily slipped right through. It was not relaxing at all to sit and enjoy the balcony.

Nice hotel for the price

We had to book this condo on last minute. It was in a decent condition and close to the beach. But, small pool and lack of other feature such as gym and bar was the disadvantage.

Great but a bit dated...

The location was fantastic and easy to use ...Right on the ocean...the condo was clean and comfortable, although a bit dated. Would have liked some simple amenities...as I went here instead of a hotel...like coffee filters, a blow dryer etc.. It worked great for us instead of a hotel. Had breakfast on the deck watching the sun rise...

Amelia Island Condo

The unit had a great view and was well laid out but it was tired and worn, smel;led and needed attention. The cafrpet was very stained, the recliner chair was shot, etc. It needs attention.

Amelia South Condos in Florida-oceanfront

The building is older but the unit we stayed in (I-5) was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. Granite countertops, coffee maker, patio seating, etc. The building is right on the beach and you get gorgeous sunrises and sunsets over the water. Each unit is individually owned and you may request a specific unit.
