「This was a clean, comfortable space in the perfect location. It was walkable to campus, downtown, and nearby to my favorite cafes, bookstores, and shops. I was able to cook in the kitchenette and relax in a way that was more homey than a hotel, and didn't need a car to get around. The Ann Arbor Fall Festival was steps away. Touring the Big House was a highlight of our weekend!」

「What an adorable tree house! Would definitely stay here again for a short stay. Be aware, if you need the full bathroom/shower, it is in the hosts private residence, upstairs. We thought it would be more secluded, like in their house but away from their living spaces, but it was down the hall near their bedrooms. It was fine, we just weren’t comfortable invading their private space that much so we didn’t use it. Still, wonderful host, very comfortable, cozy, and unique experience. The kids...

「Perfection for a large family of 19 to gather and enjoy each other’s company while still having space to move around. We had 3 children under 3 yrs. Four levels allow space for family privacy if needed. Large grassy lot for games and outside fun and the covered patio came in handy on the one rainy day we had. 「We had an amazing time. The kids never left the beach area. Plenty of things to do from paddleboat, to kayaks, to just regular swimming. Fun for all ages! The views are beautiful. One of the best vacations we ever had as a family. The host was very accommodating and responsive! We loved it here. Definitely a spot to come back to. 」

「 Great location and dock space. went on several boat rides in the evening and the views were fantastic .The fire pit is large enough for several people to have great conversations and laughter. 「We absolutely loved our recent stay at this place! It was cozy, clean, and very well-priced. The host was warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay.
