「Cozy and convenient property with a responsive host!」

「From booking this property until check in time, the experience was very frustrating. When we arrived at property for check in, the host was there. Check in is at 4, she stayed till nine pm. It was very strange. The property wasn’t ready for us. She was cleaning inside upon arrival and then started outside cleaning. Which took her till 9pm. Really want a refund for the first night. 」

「This cottage is exceptional; it is very clean, refurbished and comfortable including new kitchen appliances and personal touches in every room; just right for a small family, 2-3 couples or friends' getaway. Back deck and firepit include everything needed for outdoor meals and entertaining. An easy 10-minute walk to downtown Southern Pines... hope to return next time in the area! 」
