New well appointed hotel with high end design rooms (plus all kind of details that make the stay pleasant) and large bathrooms. Bistro is a solid restaurant with buzzy atmosphere. Ideal location next to town center park.

I enjoyed to stay the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. The cleanliness was not impressive. Immediately after check-in, I noticed a small piece of trash on the bathroom floor, and it remained there for my entire 3-night stay right up until I checked out. This made me feel that the cleaning was likely not done thoroughly. Also, because the hotel itself is wonderful, the restaurant felt second-rate by comparison. I ate there twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. The French onion soup was terrible, and when I ordered tea, the hot water served was lukewarm. The hotel location is the best in town. Convenient.

My trip was fantastic. Be sure to check the king rooms and ask for city view otherwise you’ll be looking at a parking lot. The front desk and servers in restaurant were wonderful. Cheyney in concierge services went out of her way to accommodate. She was terrific as was Dani at the front desk. I will be staying at the Cloudveil again. Overall a memorable trip.

We chose Cloudveil for its location in the middle of town and because it looked a luxury hotel. Room prices we knew were high but our room was very small for the price paid. There was no laundry service over the weekend. We had been traveling and expected this. In our opinion not worth £1400 a night…Four Seasons cheaper and better.

Lovely lobby, felt overpriced.

Overall I appreciate the decor and style of the hotel. For the price I expected more, it felt as though they did the bare minimum. The housekeeping did a great job. Just wish I’d didn’t feel like I was being milked for every penny.

Can’t beat the location, walkable to so many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, bars, etc. It is a beautifully designed luxury hotel, the lobby and seating areas are so cool and great photo ops. The room was high-end and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. My only negative experience was upstairs at the rooftop lounge which had terrible choice in music, best described as dated club music, and it was too loud to ignore. I really would have loved to enjoy the beautiful rooftop every day of our trip but the music made it impossible. Put on something that fits the town and vibes please!
