The room Was clean but the attendant was irritated that I had woke him to check in after I had been driving for 14 hours…. Just was very odd …. He informed me that he had a long weekend and needed sleep …if people cannot check in at a hotel after a certain time they should probably have that listed on the website also there isn’t any breakfast but was stated that there was …..overall not a bad hotel just a reallly really weird experience

Okay so first of all when you pull up to the hotel it doesn't look horrible. You walk inside and the main area doesn't look too bad either. The first thing I noticed was that the breakfast buffet at the ad shows was not working and according to the lady at the front counter hasn't worked in sometime.. so if you decide to sleep here which I highly advise against, don't count on breakfast. You get your hotel room and on your way to it you observe the floors and the walls and you realize the carpet looks like it hasn't been taken care of at all, the Halls are dark and dingy... You find your hotel room, you swipe your card and go in to your room and you noticed that the carpet is stained beyond repair, the bed has lumps in it because they're old. You look up at the fire alarm and the battery holder is out because there's no battery in it.. there's no blanket on the bed.. and lights flicker when you turn them on. This was my experience, so I reach out to Expedia and the hotel to get my money refunded which they don't do and the hotel is rude about it so if you think you're going to get a refund you're probably not. Do yourself a favor and just stay at the horseshoe it's an old hotel but they take care of the rooms their beds are nice and it's closer to all of the casinos because there's no shuttles anymore. And the price difference is like $20..

This is a strange hotel, and it may not be open for much longer. The listing offered free breakfast, but there was none. Current front desk worker told us that everything is broken down and has been for awhile…guess he meant toasters, coffee-makers, and such? We were not offered any discount based on that. There are a lot of old/cruddy, possibly abandoned, vehicles in the parking lot. Very few actual guests. We did find the hotel and our room reasonably clean, even nice-smelling. And we liked the modern SW decor. But instead of a coverlet or comforter on the bed, there was a sheet, a thin blanket, and then another sheet on top. Just weird. It just felt like we were in a ghost town.

First thing they should do is turn off the pony express casino lights—there is no casino. Second, they could do some plumbing. I had no running water in bathroom sink. Overall very disappointed.

Dirty stained floors,black mold in the bathroom. Mirror hanging from two brackets tilted on door knob Refrigerator stunk bad,not plugged in. If we were not exhausted we would have left. The free breakfast,does not exists. Supposedly all the machines are broken,cordend off.

I was given a room that was already occupied, I opened the door and there was other people's stuff in the room, so I went back to the desk they gave me a different room. I opened the door and there were 2 people in the room. They gave me another room, but not what I had reserved. What a joke, the staff had no clue what they were doing.

No breakfast bar. Broken down waffle maker so closed it all down. Carpet was dirty. Tvs are very old.

We pulled into the near empty parking lot full of cracks and weeds and cigarette butts, we headed over to the pet area that was so littered with animal feces we hesitated to let our dog out. Upon entering the smoke smelling lobby we were greeted by a very nice male employee, checked in and paid our extra pet fee. Finding the lounge and casino were closed and barricaded we headed to our room. It was awful. The carpet was so dirty and smelled awful. The toilet seat was broken, the tub stained, not sure from what. The windows were so filthy you couldn't see much out of them, the flashing from the roofline was hanging off the side of the building, and the tv didn't work. We went downstairs to the desk and after waiting awhile for "someone" to come, we gave up, left our keys and walked away. We are in our 70s and have traveled many times but have never done that before. Live and learn.

This property wouldn’t pick up their phones for almost two days of me calling in an attempt to switch the day of my stay- resulting in me paying for a room and not using it because our U-Haul broke and we had to wait for a new one. Expedia called the hotel and got no response either. Even emailed the people. If you can’t pick up a phone don’t own a business.

Yes but, pet area had lot's of old and new poop and cigarette butts. Outside our window appliances that did not work covered in plastic. Room was all tile looked clean. But my socks turned Gray.
