J Dan Buckner Park

The location can’t be beat if you want to walk to everything Nashville! Our unit had a terrible mildew smell and so we switched after the first night. The second room had a terrible sewer smell that started everyday at 4pm and disappeared by 4am. The units are sparse, as in no dish towels, minimal paper products, and no pool towels, so be prepared to use your one shower towel for everything. I have no complaints about noise and sleeping was great, other than the smells. This was my second time staying here and the first time was via owner operated and it was much nicer. If you plan to stay and cook at all, hit a store for all the things you’d need; salt and pepper, cooking spray, paper towel, etc etc. I requested an hour later checkout and was denied, but they did offer to keep our luggage for a few hours, which was helpful. I will certainly stay again for quick trips. Like I said, the location and price are great.
