Great staff! They spoke enough English that we were able to pay for late check-out in person in cash(yen). But overall the tablet check-in was easy and the room was amazing! 10/10 would stay again. The room was spacious with 4 beds, and a community area, washer/dryer, and a large tub compared to APA hotels with no space..

This was a fantastic stay right next to Tsutenkaku tower, walking distance to Osaka Zoo, and even about 2.2km (1.3mi) walk to Dotonbori. You’re very close to any major station to take you to Osaka Umeda, the aquarium, Kyoto, and more.
I stayed here for one week with my family of four and it had all the amenities we needed. A bathroom, laundry, shower, 2 beds, a balcony to dry clothes, and a nice little living room. Note that, as is typical in Japan if it’s your first time, the apartments are...

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The check in time is fixed, but we arrived afternoon so there was not a problem for us. The staff in the front desk are very nice, although he is a Japanese who doesnt speak well English, but he tried his best to explain and with a polite smile on his face. We appreciated his help and recommendation given for our trip.
When we entered the room, it was very clean and tidy with everything we need,even free wifi in the hotel. The location is what I am looking for...
