"As a family of 5 we came here the second time already. Staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful. Food is of great quality, no matter if it is breakfast or dinner. "This is nice villa with a swimming pool at a great location in Sapanca. However it looks like it was not maintained well over time, for examples, the kitchen cabinets do not open and close properly. We had a plumbing problem in one of bathrooms that was fixed on the second day. However, this place is poorly managed. 1) The person at the front-desk (Onur) was rude and upon being informed that there were several issues that needed to be taken care of in the apartment, simply refused to help and said that I can cancel the booking if I don't like it. 2) They never bothered to remove the previous trash on time and did not provide us trash bags even upon repeated requests. 3) They have no idea how to manage a place like...

"The Lift is not from the ground floor to the last floor, it starts from the first floor and ends at the 5th floor. My room is on the 6th floor. The receptionist was helpful and invaluable. His name is 'Umat', and he carries all my bags up the stairs to my room. I have disability and their help was crucial. The hotel location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants in the area. No parking in front of the hotel, but there is an 'Otopark', a parking building 300 meters from the hotel. When driving Google Maps may lead you to driving Tram Rails, that's okay. No variety in breakfast, just plain Turkish breakfast."
