Amazing stay in Izmir

We had a wonderful stay at Armis Hotel. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure every guest felt welcome. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious, with a wide variety of options to start the day. Highly recommend for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

I will comes back to Armis!

During my last trip to Turkey, I stayed in 5 different hotels and Armis was the best one. Besides their warm-welcoming, the staff were caring and helpful. Great food and clean rooms. Thank you!

The hotel was clean and the rooms were good. The staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast as also good. The location is tough to reach by car. The valet parking was good but there is not really a good place to stop in front of hotel. Our air conditioning went out on day two. They gave us another room which also the air conditioning did not work on room 3 we got one that did. The location is not great there are not many restaurants near by and you will need to take a taxi or drive with limited parking to go sees things. Staff were really awesome.

This is absolutely not a VIP Access property. The interiors and rooms are tired and need a refresh (although deceptively modern with chandeliers etc). Staff are not the friendliest. The breakfast hours are extremely inconsistent, breakfast was meant to be served from 7am and we had a 7:20 group tour pickup. The hot food was only brought out at 7:20 which was too late for us. The hotel is also used as a partner with a dental surgery chain so we were sat at breakfast with multiple patients wearing masks following their surgeries etc. The room has large windows but the curtains only cover half the surface area of the windows (so don't expect blackout which is pretty standard in hotels). The location is quite far out (25 min walk) from the main touristy areas of Konak. I will not be staying at Armis Hotel again.

Schönes Hotel Freundliches personal und das Zimmer wahr Sauber wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Frühstück wahr auch gut viel Auswahl. Am ersten Tag haben wir Zimmer auf strassen Seite bekommen wahr zu laut, zum Glück konnten wir am Nächsten Tag das Zimmer wechseln. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder:)

Im Bad herrschte ein schrecklicher Gestank nach Kanalisation. Das Lüften des kompletten Zimmers (Badtür auch geöffnet mit der Hoffnung, dass der Gestank rausgeht) hat auch nicht geholfen. Frühstück war ok

Einer der schlechtesten Hotels, die ich bislang in der Türkei besucht habe. Würde eher zwei Sterne Hotel sagen. Personal desinteressiert, Tee gab’s bis 10:00 Uhr zum Frühstück, kurz danach gab es nicht mehr. Unangenehmer Duft im Zimmer. Auf Beschwerde wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist leider nicht gerechtfertigt! Für das Geld gibt es viel viel bessere Hotels.
