"When we first got there things didn't seem to bad. The Host's assistant showed us around and we settled in. Looking around we discovered there were 2 melamine plates to use, an assortment of cutlery, including plasticware. There were no "glass" glasses. Plastic glasses, Sippy cups other plastic cups. "Excellent hotel, I was there for two nights , the staff was great the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was so good it was a pleasure to be there,all my family loved it , I highly recommended we did the all inclusive so we can enjoy even better. They treat us like a boss they are aswome!! Highly recommended!"

"The property, the rooms, the grounds were extremely clean. Hotel’s staff was great and very professional and polite. The variety of food and drinks was as also very good. "We had a horrible experience at this location. One of the members of out party had a slip and fall accident. The pain from the accident at the time of the incident was so severe she fainted. Fortunately shortly after she regained consciousness and was feeling well enough to walk around a bit and get some fresh air. Unfortunately blunt force impacts at times linger and bruising can at times take time to develop. We had a short weekend stay and while there was some pain close to check out the pain intensified as the bruising came in and the bruising grew larger. I reached out to the hotel shortly after our flight and settling in back home. They took a while to reply then they attempted to call me and had horrible connection that kept dropping the call. Then they just sent a message stating they were having phone trouble and would reach out. They never did. Then i reached out again only to receive a long winded to bad so sad email response claiming 0 responsibility! They sated that because she didn't need elevated medical attention at that time and because we didn't bring it up before check out that released them from any liability or need to indemnify the affected party in any way. Mind you they knew she fell they knew she fainted but it was up to us the guest to check in with them for follow up as to how she was feeling I'm sorry but at a place worth staying it would have been the other way around. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!"
