"From start to finish everything was perfect . Free Wi-Fi, free safe and rooms cleaned everyday . Nothing was too much trouble . Mr Costas the owners elderly father in law insisted on taking us to Rhodes Town when we was having trouble getting a taxi . "This is our 3rd stay at Rodos Palace. We have always stayed in a garden suite or a bungalow rather than the main hotel block. This year we stayed in a bungalow again. They are spacious and the grounds around the bungalows are well maintained. They are also very quiet. However, we have noticed that the bungalows have started to look 'tired' and could definitely benefit from a refurbishment. "Mitsis Alila is a beautiful hotel that we keep returning to year after year. From the minute we get out of the taxi, we feel like we are returning to our Greek home & seeing friends & family. Everything about the hotel is outstanding, from the decor, cleanliness, food & entertainment. All members of staff go above & beyond to make sure your holiday is memorable. Special mention to Pantalis for the wonderful service on the beach, Christina in the Ouzeri, Magda & Evie for being so attentive in looking after us & Vitalia in guest relations for promptly & professionally dealing with any requests. Lastly, its always a pleasure seeing George (old) at breakfast & lunch & hearing all about his family & his daughters forthcoming wedding.
