A cold room and a warm welcome

A Very comfortable hotel with most importantly good A/C in the room which was so welcome with outside temp at 36c , which had made sleeping difficult at other hotels but not here . Very nice village also helpful staff

Un check-in avec 2h30 d'avance agrémenté en prime d'un accueil souriant de la responsable de l'hôtel alors que l'heure etait au coup de feu dans le restaurant. Grand merci à vous, Madame! Chambre en tous points conforme à la présentation du site. Spacieuse, très bien équipée. La chance d'assister à une rencontre de pelote basque avant de passer à table. Un dîner de qualité sur une terrasse surplombant un magnifique panorama. Une situation idéale permettant de profiter du splendide Pays Basque avec ses églises multi centenaires, sa route des fromages, ses pottoks..... Un établissement de belle qualité que je recommande sans réserve.

Très bon séjour, alors ne vous arrêtez pas à l accueil un peu froid d une dame âgée qui semble être l ancienne patronne et qui colle juste la pression à la jeune dame juste par sa présence. C est le seul truc qui nous a un peu surpris. Si non chambre parfaite, la cuisine du restaurant même si un peu trop salée (avis subjectif lié aux goûts de chacun)et très bonne et tout le reste du personnel est au top

Balcony room which was ideal for my wife and as it was a hot day, having air-conditioning in room was very much welcomed. Enjoyed an excellent Dinner and Breakfast on restaurant patio. Lift to all floors in our section of hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and enjoyed our short stay.
