A experiência na Pousada foi excelente, acima das expectativas , quarto grande e reformado, o café da manhã completíssimo com várias opções e de primeira qualidade, todo staff da pousada muito gentil e sempre a disposição para atender os hóspedes, jantei as 3 noites lá e a comida estava excelente, com várias opções no cardápio. Muito atenciosos a Poliana que trabalha no restaurante, o chefe de cozinha Regis e o chefe da recepção Alessandro. Certamente voltarei na próxima vez que for ao Beto Carrero, aliás a pousada fica a aproximadamente 15 minutos do parque, uma excelente opção para quem pensa em se hospedar quando for ao BCW.

Reservamos 2 quartos para toda família, sendo 3 hóspedes por quarto. Fomos acomodados num quarto térreo que fica na entrada do hotel por onde passam todos os hóspedes que estão saindo ou entrando. Isso nos trouxe desconforto considerável pelos barulhos durante a noite prejudicando uma boa noite de sono.

Excelente opção, voltaria novamente!
Tudo muito bom! Quartos novos, restaurante muito bom, atendimento excelente, pé na areia com 2 piscinas externas e 1 piscina interna aquecida, monitor para as crianças, brinquedão muito bom. Ótima opção tanto para curtir, ao mesmo tempo, uma pousada pé na areia e ficar perto do Beto Carreiro.

Hotel nao vale o valor cobrado
Inicialmente nos deram um quarto muito antigo e com muito mofo e sem conforto. Ainda nos disseram que havia sido modernizado. Como fomos reclamar pois tenho filhas com problemas respiratorios, nos deram uma mudanca para um quarto muito melhor com tudo novo. Mas mesmo assim as camas nao sao confortaveis. O preco aplicado na tarifa realmente nao condiz com o hotel. Os valores internos de comidas e bebidas sao muito altos comparado a hoteis 5 estrelas por todo o brasil.

Pedra da Ilha: excelente pousada em Penha, Santa C
A Pousada está reformada e com novidades, em comparação com 6 anos antes, quando estive pela última vez. Atualmente, tem muitas opções de entretenimento para adultos e crianças. Estávamos só meu marido e eu. Em alguns momentos o barulho das crianças incomodava um pouco, porém a piscina térmica, as jacuzzi ali e nas piscinas descobertas, o magnífico breakfast, a comida deliciosa, sendo servida no restaurante e/ou na praia, durante todo o dia, superaram qualquer aspecto negativo.

Excelente opção para quem esteja se deslocando para o Beto carreiro. Infraestrutura do hotel é ótima, com restaurante, playground e todas as facilidades para famílias com crianças pequenas. Ótima recepção e serviço do hotel.

Boa estadia.
Necessitei passar a noite em Penha e a Pousada Pedra da Ilha de pareceu uma boa opção. O quarto era confortável e o café da manhã bom. Como fiz o check-in já tarde, gostaríamos de ter dormido mais, porém as 8:15 iniciou uma obra com marretadas na parede que interrompeu nosso descanso. Acredito que a pousada não estava com ocupação máxima e outros quartos afastados da obra deveriam estar disponíveis. Também não concordo com a cobrança de estacionamento em acomodações em destinos turísticos.
