"Very nice place, clean and spacious. The pool and facilities are great. Shopping facilities within 5 minutes drive. We also went on trips to Pula, Rovinj and the beach, everything less than 45 minutes drive from the house. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. We would love to have a holiday again at Vila Mara."

"This is a wonderful property to relax with a large group of family or friends. Eugen was a wonderful host and easily contactable. We were touched by the gifts we were given (including delicious wine and cake!). The property was clean, well kept and contained everything we needed for our stay. "The house is very spacious, spotless clean and well equipped, situated in a quiet, central part of Istria. "Ich habe mit meiner Familie und unseren Hunden 12 erholsame Tage verbracht. Wir waren zu 6 und mit 3 Hunden unterwegs. Die Häuser Aufteilung war für uns ideal, so hatte jeder seine eigenes Reich und seine Rückzugs Möglichkeiten.Wir hatten etwas Pech unser Boiler war kaputt. Die Kontaktaufnahme lief problemlos über WhatsApp und der Boiler wurde schnellstmöglich repariert. Jeden zweiten Tag kam der Hausmeister, kümmerte sich um den Pool und alles andere. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage."

"We had a lovely week at the house. The house was exactly as per the photos. It is finished to a very high standard. Bedrooms are all a good size. Showers in the bathrooms are good. Lots of outside space. There were loads of pool inflatables so we didn’t need to buy any which was a bonus! The table football was a huge hit!! Great eating space outside the kitchen with a curtain to help shade which was appreciated. Highly recommend "

"Eine schöne Villa stilvoll eingerichtet mit angenehmen Betten und einem riesen großen Pool. Nur noch ein Whirlpool hat gefehlt und das Internet ist nicht so gut wie gewohnt. Insektengitter an den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern wären nicht verkehrt und ein Holzgrill für die Außenküche. Wir waren zu siebt und hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit. "

"Wir waren 2 Familien und vom 26.12.- 03.01. in dem Haus. Sandra hat uns sehr nett Empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Es war sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage und 2 zusatz Heizkörper liefen schon in der Wohnküche, da das Haus etwas ausgekühlt war wenn keiner drin ist im Winter. Die 4 Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und 3 Zimmer haben das Bad gleich im Zimmer drin. Das Zimmer mit den 2 Einzelbetten hat das Bad außerhalb vom Zimmer aber das hat nicht weiter gestört. Maybe you could see the ocean from the balcony in one of the bedrooms but in a far distance. "The communication was very good and I also got an answer immediately. The villa itself is very beautiful and the surrounding is very quiet. It was very clean an the pool was nice. All over a perfect stay. We stayed there with 11 grown ups and 2 children. There are many possibilities to play for children and for grown ups you can play table tennis and Billard."

"We had a wonderful time with 5 kids and 6 adults. The owner prepared the house with passion and love. Everything was very nice and we definitely would book this house again. The depth of the pool is around 80cm, so perfekt for smaller kids."

"Small hotel, conveniently located just a short way up the hill to St. Euphamia's chuech from the main square. The room was very comfortable and clean and for the most part quiet. I just wish certain guests would be quieter when walking on the wooden stairs. Breakfast was included and is provided off-site at the Balbi Restaurant, about three minutes walk away. Decent offerings were provided for breakfast. Hotel is situated in the heart of old town Rovinj and is around a ten minute walk from the bus and coach station. I will certainly look to stay here again the next time I am in Rovinj. Many thanks to the nice, friendly staff."
