"Spacious, comfortable, well kept."

"The stay was great, perfect support of our host, house was very clean and the many possibilities for activities (tennis, darts, table soccer) as well as the cooking facilities (barbecue, stone pizza oven) are top! Pool was cleaned twice a week, many terraces around the house to chill in the shade and read. Highly recommended! "

"It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

"We've had the pleasure to stay in Chris' House in 2018 already, and it was a blast to spend our vacation there again. The villa is beautiful, the outside garden spacious and lush. It looks even better than in the pictures."

"We chose the Apartment for its relaxed surroundings, as it‘s more quiet than Pula. This comes with the downside of further distances beaches obviously, yet distances to beaches, Pula or Premantura were around 20-30 minutes which is totally fine. The host was very friendly and offered us wine and tipps for activities on several occasions. In conclusion: 10/10, would definetly book again."

"Good location, 35 minus walk to town. Very clean. Negatives are poor wifi, very steep spiral staircase to top rooms. Hostess very strict about air conditioning. House is well equipped."

"The house and garden is just gorgeous. Well maintained and absolutely sereen to be in the garden near the pool. The hostess is very friendly and she must be creative given the beautiful architecture in- and outdoors. All you need is close by. Perfect beaches, big supermarkets, small lovely bakery. Love to come back a next time. "

"We had a wonderful time with 5 kids and 6 adults. The owner prepared the house with passion and love. Everything was very nice and we definitely would book this house again. The depth of the pool is around 80cm, so perfekt for smaller kids."
