We stayed at this hotel twice in August and each time at least 5 days. We love everything about this hotel. It was very close to Metro ,shopping center, restaurants and attractions.

Perfekt läge och med gym vilket var prioriterat för mig. Bra frukost och fin terass med utsikt över Gyllene Hornet och den gamla delen. Mycket trevlig och engagerad personal.

Avevamo preso una stanza economica ma dalle foto non avevamo capito quanto fosse piccola. Su hotels.com per avere una camera superiore bisognava aggiungere solo 4 euro a notte. Ho chiesto alla reception dell'hotel la differenza da pagare per passare a una camera superiore e mi é stato detto che servivano 15 euro a notte. Ho fatto notare che sul sito la differenza era 4 euro e loro in modo abbastanza sgarbato mi hanno detto che erano 15 euro e basta e che a loro non interessava cosa c'era scritto su hotels.com. Per il resto la cosa migliore é la terrazza con il ristorante. Camerieri gentili vista bellissima e cibo buono.

Razoável
O hotel é bem localizado, moderno, o restaurante no terraço é muito bom. O quarto não é grande, mas é confortável. Ao chegar no hotel o funcionário da recepção foi debochado e um pouco grosseiro questionado a minha reserva, alegando que meu filho não era menor (16 anos), que teria que pagar a diferença, situação bem desagradável. Mas felizmente pude comprovar no aplicativo.

El hotel excelente. En la mejor zona de Estambul. A una calle literal de la calle principal, de las mejores tiendas y mejores restaurantes. El servicio de front desk super profesional desde el check in y en todo momento de la estancia. Fuera de ellos es verdad que nadie mas habla ingles, solo turko por lo que es complicado comunicarte pero siempre muy dispuestos y amables. Habitaciones impolutas, desayuno bufet en terraza bastante completo con vistas espectaculares del Bosforo y la ciudad, ves la parte oriental y la occidental. Llegas andando a todos lados y atracciones. Zona pija y muy muy segura. Camas y nordicos buenos y una calefacción excelente. Zapatillas, albornoz, variedad de toallas, frigobar con chocolatinas y demás, secador, mantas extras, botellines de agua y amenidades en la habitación.. lo unico malo: en fin de semana hacen fiestas privadas en el roofgarden y lo vuelven discoteca y la musica a todo lo que da, por lo que si te dan del piso 5to para arriba, te sientes como si fueras el festejado. Te cambian de habitación sin ningun problema. La verdad que el personal, exageradamente profesional.

My wife Cynthia was at Istanbul for a holiday and she can’t help herself singing praises of the exceptional service she recieved during her stay at the hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Exceptional customer service experience and we will definitely stay in the hotel on our next visit to Istanbul. All the staffs were very helpful and professional

Perfect location for a 60th party I was attending. V central & easy to explore. Felt v safe. Room small & only an internal room so no natural light. But clean, comfortable & everything worked. A little noisy especially Friday & Sat nights when the band played above in roof-top restaurant. V good coffee & breakfast ok but not really my type of breakfast food. Eggs, yogurt & bread all fine! Lovely roof top eating area with good view. V reasonably priced. Happy to have stayed there as only really needed a bed.

I will always choose the "Troya Hotel" for my accommodation. The place is very close to the shops, the restaurants, the pubs ... The staff is very nice, kind and very helpful. The breakfast is varied and very good. The rooms are so close that you can hear the flowing water of the bathroom, the sound of children playing ... Thank you.

The room we stayed in was terrible, very very small about 2x3m service was also terrible, charging a significant amount for 1tl water, food was absolutely disgusting and always dry and tasteless

Müşteri Memnuniyeti Yok
Konaklamamın olduğu gün cenazemizden dolayı bugün giriş yapamayacağımızı 1 günlük hakkımızı başka bir gün kullanabilmek için ricada bulunduk. Aradığımız saat 16:00 dı. Zaten girişimizi 21:00 gibi yapacaktık. Ama hotel yönetimi tarafından kesinlikle ne iade ne de başka bir güne bir kaydırma olamayacağı belirtildi. Bu hotelde defalarca kaldığımı, hotelin yanında yer alan Anonim Şirketinde çalıştığımı hotelin zaten şirketimiz ile anlaşmalı olduğunu da belirttim. Ama yönetim tüm bunlara rağmen hiç bir şekilde kabul etmede ve konaklamayı yapmama rağmen ücretimi almış oldu. Hotelin yaklaşımı hiç profosyonel değil, kesinlikle bundan sonra iş amacıyla da kalmayacağım. Müşteri memnuniyetsizliğini siz de sonuna kadar yaşayabilirsiniz.

This is a very comfy hotel. It was clean, and cozy. But most of all it was the staff that got me convinced to come back again. Never have I experienced such friendly, most efficient and incredibly helpful staff like those at Troya Hotel! I must say I have enjoyed my stay and will definitively come back again and again. Thank you dear Troya staff, for making my stay so enjoyable.

Hotel was nice and staff friendly and willing to help and arrange Taxis. Our only complain is the hard music from the terrace on top level at night time. We stayed at the 4 floor and could not sleep until about 01h00 in the mornings because of the laud music come from the live band playing. We go on holiday to relax and have a good night rest, but could not sleep because of the laud noise, specially the base drums. The rest of the stay was very good, and the Hotel is close to main shopping areas and restaurants.. Regards, Johannes.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, An der Sauberkeit mangelt es auch nicht und das Frühstück ist ausreichend aber nicht abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer des Hotels sind allerdings sehr klein.
