"We found an active bedbug when we opened the couch to turn it into a bed. This was 11:30 pm. The host never responded (even three days later). "This is a great hotel if you're traveling by train. The station is right next to it. I was afraid there would be noise, hustle and bustle, but no, everything around is incredibly clean and quiet, and the entire city is within walking distance. I was amazed by the authentic French breakfast and the staff at the hotel. Thanks to the team, everything was great."
