This cozy 59-square-meter studio apartment on the ground floor is perfect for a couple or a small family of up to three. The bright and well-organized space, with a double bed and a single sofa bed, is designed to offer comfort and functionality in a cozy and relaxing space.
The real highlight is the outside: a lovely private garden where you can enjoy breakfast al fresco, relax after returning from the beach, or organize a dinner under the stars thanks to the barbecue area. The beach is just steps away, making every day simple and hassle-free.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine, TV, and private parking, for a comfortable and independent stay just a short distance from the sea.

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
Late check-in fee: from 20:00 to 00:00 of €25.00.
